Gaming Community / Creator Management (Multi-Region/ Working Student/ Freelancer)

Working Student, Part-time · DE - Munich Office

About Us
Location: Onsite Opportunity in Munich, Germany.

We’re Chimera Entertainment and we’ve been crafting memorable gaming experiences since 2006. From Angry Birds Epic to our latest passion project, Songs of Silence, our team thrives on creativity, teamwork, and the drive to build outstanding games. As an independent and award-winning studio, we’ve worked on both our own IPs and major industry collaborations, always pushing boundaries.

Our Chinese-speaking players are in great hands — now we’re expanding that success into other key regions such as Spain, Germany, Italy, the USA, Ukraine, France, Turkey, and other key markets, where the potential is huge but untapped.

This isn’t about “posting on Discord” and calling it a day. This is your chance to bridge the gap between Songs of Silence and local gaming cultures — speaking the language, understanding the humor, and showing up in the spaces that matter. Your knowledge of platforms, creators, and trends will help us build vibrant, lasting communities that stay engaged well beyond launch hype.

We’re hiring both remote freelancers across these regions and working students based in Germany.
The kind of stuff you’ll be doing
  • Jump into the conversation – engage with players where the community is buzzing: from Discord servers to niche local boards outsiders might miss – and actively scout new hotspots where we should be present.
  • Mirror, adapt, and create content – bring our updates and campaigns to the right platforms in a way that feels native to your region and resonates with the audience.
  • Read the room and react – track what players love, what they’re talking about, and which trends are shaping the strategy gaming space, then share actionable ways we can join in.
  • Find new ways to connect – research and execute fresh ideas for engaging players and getting more eyes on Songs of Silence.
Who we’re looking for:
  • Fluent English is essential, plus native-level proficiency in at least one additional language relevant to our target regions (e.g., German, Ukrainian, Spanish, French, Italian, Turkish, …).
  • Strategy game passion is non-negotiable – if you don’t play them, this isn’t for you.
  • You know the gaming scene inside out – in your region and maybe in others too – the platforms players use, the creators they trust, the trends they follow, and what gets them talking.
  • Comfortable reaching out to players, creators, and partners – and turning conversations into collaborations.
  • You’re curious about how to reach players and see marketing as part of building a great community.
  • If you’re applying as a working student: you must be enrolled at a university for at least the next 6 months.
  • Nice to have: You’ve been a creator yourself – streaming, making content, or running a community.
Nice to have:
Please include links to your social media, as well as (if applicable) links to the communities you manage.
